Giant SyncDrive error codes
Giant shows faults as flashing lights on the button units (Ergo, Ergo 2, ONE, GO) or as a short text message on the screen (EVO, RideDash EVO, Charge), followed by a spanner icon until your dealer resets it. Number codes from the Giant Service Tool are read by your dealer’s tool (you rarely see them yourself), and Smart Gateway 2.0 only shows three warning levels without codes.
