Bosch Smart System
Which bike computer app shows my own watts on a Bosch Smart System e-bike?
Trolda e-bike computer connects to a Bosch Smart System bike over Bluetooth and reads your own watts and the motor's watts separately, along with the rest of what the motor knows:
- Rider power (your watts)
- Motor power
- Cadence
- Torque
- Battery level
- Odometer from the motor
- Assist mode
- Speed from the bike
Smart system only (the bike uses the Flow app). Older Bosch with the eBike Connect app, or Purion/Intuvia from before smart system, cannot be read by Trolda. Rides are then logged with GPS.
Bosch Flow shows rider and motor watts too. What Trolda adds: segments with leaderboards ranked on your own watts, a power curve for 1, 5 and 20 minutes, battery use in Wh/km, a maintenance log that follows the motor's odometer, and a used-bike report with figures from the bike. You can use both apps.
Trolda only reads. It never writes to the motor and changes neither assist nor setup.
Trolda is in testing on iPhone and Android and is not in the App Store or Google Play yet.
Trolda is in open testing on iPhone and Android. You get the app through our tester page, it takes a minute.
